"I can confirm that we have been IT Assist customers since approximately 2002. We initially chose their company to carry out our installation and subsequent maintenance after they were recommended to us. Our criteria at the time included the need for a local company with rapid response times but at a reasonable cost. Over the years we have expanded our system and had to replace the older parts which, again, IT Assist have carried out for us. I have never felt the need to stop using their company for support but have sought the occasional quote elsewhere. To date they remain competitive.


Any call outs we have made, where necessary has usually resulted in an engineer visiting us the same day. Having said that, most of the problems we have experienced can be dealt with now by immediate remote access. We had a situation a few years ago where our premises were broken into and some of our computers were stolen and monitors were smashed. IT Assist were extremely helpful in loaning us equipment to get us back up and running prior to our insurance company giving us the go ahead to order new equipment.

"We have been using IT assist for approximately 6 years


We are very pleased with the service from IT Assist. IT is a very emotive subject and of course everything is urgent. We would not hesitate in recommending IT Assist. Knowing our organization and the Hardware/Software we have they are always offering added value with recommendations of upgrades and offers they receive as re-sellers of certain products.


The response times are excellent and often immediate response can be offered via remote login which can resolve issues quite quickly. Generally I would say that all problems are dealt with within 4 hours excluding if it is a hardware problem which can take slightly longer.


We have always found IT Assist willing to go that little bit further than other support companies. For example we had a serious Server crash which resulted in quite a lot of down time. Fortunately IT Assist worked over the Christmas and New Year period to ensure we were up and running on our return to work


We had experienced a few companies that professed they could offer the service we required but when push came to shove they were unable to deliver. I can assure you had IT Assist not been up to the mark we would not have stayed with them for this period of time."
